We, the INISMa association, as part of the 3DFORMWORKS project, are considered the Data Controller and are therefore responsible for the proper application of applicable regulations and the security of your personal data.

Contact form: last name, first name, email, telephone number.
Event registration form: last name, first name, telephone number, email.
Your IP address.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) on these forms are required to process your request.

The data is collected for the following purposes:
Responding to your requests via the contact form;
Managing registrations for project-related events;
Maintaining contact with project participants or partners;
Compiling statistics to improve our services;
The data will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned without your explicit consent.

The processing of your data is based on:
The legitimate interest of the project leader to ensure communication and management of the project, as well as to measure the audience;
Your explicit consent when submitting a form.

The 3DFORMWORKS project team (supported by the INTERREG France-Wallonia-Vlaanderen program).
The scientific and technical partners of the project (if required and justified). No data is transferred to commercial entities or outside the European Union without your consent.

Data is retained for a period commensurate with its purpose:
Contact form: 3 years from the last contact;
Event registration: 3 years from the date of the event.
It is then deleted or anonymized.

Technical and organizational measures are in place to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your data.
Access to data is restricted to authorized persons only.
